If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can move the experience indoors—provided there’s an available indoor space. During our planning process, we’ll discuss these options with you and conduct a risk assessment to ensure we’re fully prepared. This way, we can avoid any last-minute surprises and keep everything running smoothly.
Each experience has a different duration. For example, our VR Arena games run in rounds of about 6–10 minutes, while experiences like the Escape Room may last up to 15 minutes. We’ll help plan the timing to fit your event schedule.
After the event, we ensure everything is packed up and the space is left exactly as it was before we arrived. All our equipment will be removed, and any mess we might have made will be taken care of, so you can enjoy a seamless, worry-free experience.
